I wanted to let you know about a service I provide that might be
useful for you.
It’s basically a career tune-up. A tech tune up. I help you sort
out all the digital platforms you need to conduct your business.
Here's what it looks like:
Step 1: Evaluation and Strategy
I review your current state of affairs. This includes:
- Website
- Streaming
- Online CD Sales
- Downloads
- Blog
- Data Base/Auto-responder
- Tumblr / Instagram (photos)
- Facebook Fanpage
- Songkick (live date calendar)
- Etc.
This step includes developing and/or upgrading the website and
all other social media properties that link to the site. If something
important is missing, I create them for you.
Once these digital platform are in place, I provide you with a system
(a series of checklists and schedules) to manage your social media.
Step 2: General Career Coaching
Based on what you need, I can offer career coaching around a few
areas including:
- Songwriting
- Publishing
- Team Building
- Self-Management
- Music Licensing
- Live Show Development
This work is based on billable hours so I sell you 10 or more
hours and then I get to work.
The value here is that I know a lot about the music business,
and I have a lot of shortcuts to get things done cheap and fast. None of this
is rocket science, but with me doing it, it gets handled right away.
This is valuable, especially if you are in a band and things get
done piecemeal.
